2026 Memberships

Petanque, Social & Mini Cricket Membership remain available now the season is underway. Thank you to everyone who has signed up for 2026.

Everyone who participates in club activities must complete a new membership form and set up a new payment – either one off or monthly.
We are moving to a new payment system for this year so please ensure you cancel all previous membership standing orders.
Only those who are members of the club will be allowed to participate in club activities – without a membership, you will not be able to play, coach or take part.
You will receive a copy of your completed application form to your email on submission and a link to set up your membership payment if you have opted to pay monthly for a membership where this is an option. Only upon completion of this, and payment being made/set up, will your membership be confirmed.

Your membership fees cover:

Operations of the club – including the maintenance of the clubhouse and bar, utility costs, grounds and facility maintenance and investment in equipment.
Insurance, accreditations and registrations – essential for senior and junior cricket

With your membership fees, you can:

Be a part of the club – whether playing, coaching, supporting or visiting.
Get 10% OFF at the bar throughout the year
Book the clubhouse for private functions (subject to additional charges)
Vote on important decisions brought to the membership by the Committee
Stand for Committee positions, the team who run the club on behalf of its members and the community
Support the development of the club and the upgrade of our facilities for the future.

Communications

It is the club’s preference for all communications, including official communications such as notification of General Meetings, to be done electronically via email and/or WhatsApp, and for no physically mailed documents to be required. Please tick to confirm consent.

Membership Payments

I understand that it is my responsibility to cancel any existing membership standing orders to the club and set up a new direct debit or one-off payment for my 2026 membership. Any cancellation of payments during the year will result in membership being cancelled.

As you have asked to pay your membership fees monthly, we will ask you to set up a direct debit to the club on the next page. Please click 'Submit Membership Form' and then select the correct membership option to do this.
